Funds from Pouches
DES PTA has started collecting Capri Sun pouches to help raise money.  For every 10 pouches sent in the school gets 20 cents.  If you would like to help, feel free to send them in with your child or drop them at the office.  Pictured here are students from Mrs. Riel's second grade class holding a box of the pouches collected so far from second and third grade students.

Tardies - We are having a number of students coming to school late. Please remember that a student is tardy promptly at 7:50 a.m. and must have a “tardy pass” from the office to get into class.
Early Arrivals & Late Departures - No child should arrive at school BEFORE 7:15 a.m. nor should they remain AFTER 3:15 p.m. Teachers are not on duty before or after these times. Therefore, your child will be unsupervised.
